ONDESE invites you to a safari to the natural wonders and highlights of southern Africa!
Day 1 : Arrival at the Windhoek Hosea Kutako International Airport in beautiful Namibia. Pick up your rented vehicle and drive to town. Or your experienced ONDESE guide is going to await you at the Airport and will drive you to town. Overnight in a room at the Olive Grove Guest House.
Day 2 : Drive north via Okahandja, Otjiwarongo and Outjo to the famous Etosha National Park. Game drives in the central and central-western part of Etosha. Large numbers of antelope, giraffe and zebra – and the predators that stalk them, and huge, dusty elephants against the backdrop of the vast Etosha Pan are characteristic of the days in the park. Overnight in a room at the State-owned Okaukuejo Resort inside the park. At night view game at the floodlit game water-hole.
Day 3 : Own or guided game drives in the central-western part of Etosha. Accommodation as on the previous day.
Day 4 : Game drives in the central and eastern parts of the Etosha National Park. Overnight in a room with en-suite facilities at the comfortable Onguma Plains Camp, situated just outside the park in a private game reserve.
Day 5 : Game drives in the eastern part of Etosha. Visit the historical fort Namutoni. Accommodation as on the previous day.
Day 6 : Today, drive via Lake Oshikoto, the mining town of Tsumeb, Grootfontein and Mururani into the communal area of the Kavango Region and on to Rundu. Overnight just outside of town on the bank of the Okavango River in a room at the Kaisosi River Lodge.
Day 7 : Drive along the Okavango east to the beautiful Ndhovu Safari Lodge on the banks of the Okavango River near the Popa Rapids. Overnight here in a tent with en-suite facilities.
Day 8 : Spend the day with a game drive in the Mahango part of the Bwabwata National Park. Accommodation as on the previous day.
Day 9 : Today you are going to drive through the Caprivi part of the Bwabwata National Park into the eastern Caprivi Strip via Kongola on to Katima Mulilo. Cross over the Zambesi River into Zambia and drive via Sesheke north along the Zambesi River to the Mutemwa Lodge, situated on the bank of the river and close to the Ngonye Falls. Overnight here in a luxury tent with en-suite facilities.


Day 10 : Spend the day with your hosts and the offered excursion to the waterfalls and the game drives. Accommodation as on the previous day.
Day 11 : In the course of the morning, drive south via Sesheke on via the town of Livingstone to the Zambesi Sun Hotel, situated just outside town on the banks of the mighty Zambesi River and close to the Victoria Falls. Overnight here in a room.
Day 12 : Spend the day at the Victoria Falls, one of Africa's great natural wonders. Accommodation as on the previous day.
Day 13 : Depart via Kazungula ferry over the Zambesi River to Kasane in Botswana. Overnight in a chalet at the Kubu Lodge on the banks of the Chobe River.
Day 14 : Visit the Chobe National Park and enjoy guided game drives and boat cruises. Accommodation as on previous day.
Day 15 : Today, drive via Ngoma into Namibia's Caprivi Strip. Overnight in a chalet at the Lianshulu Lodge, which is situated on the banks of the Kwando River in the Mudumu National Park.
Day 16 : Spend the day at Lianshulu with walks, game drives and a boat cruise. Accommodation as on the previous day.
Day 17 : Drive via Kongola through the Bwabwata National Park (Caprivi Game Park), Divundu and Rundu to Guest Farm Dornhügel close to Grootfontein. Overnight here in a room.
Day 18 : Drive via Grootfontein to visit the world's largest meteorite and continue via the farm Rietfontein to the magnificent Waterberg. One can undertake relaxing walks along the mountain. Overnight in a room at the Waterberg Plateau Lodge.
Day 19 : In the course of the morning, drive via Okahandja to the capital Windhoek. Here you can spend the afternoon shopping. Continue to the Eningu Clay-House Lodge, situated on the edge of the Kalahari. Overnight here in a lovely clay house.
Day 20 : Your guide is going to bring you back to the Hosea Kutako International Airport for your flight out - or return your rented vehicle here.
